국문 초록
Abstract: Background: The community is the central space of residents' daily lives and the main
space of urban energy use. In implementing China's " dual carbon " strategy, exploring community
energy conservation and carbon reduction strategies has become essential to urban research. As the
capital city of Xinjiang, Urumqi has a critical strategic position, and reducing greenhouse gas
emissions plays an essential role in the development of Xinjiang. Objective: The article relies on 270
field survey questionnaires, including five communities, to obtain data to complete the research on
household energy consumption's direct carbon emission characteristics. Methods: The influence
model of the community-built environment on household direct carbon emissions is constructed by
using multiple linear regression equations, and the influence mechanism of the built environment
on residents' direct carbon emissions is revealed. to explore the internal mechanism between the
community-built environment and household direct carbon emissions. Results: The paper puts
forward some suggestions for the construction of a low-carbon community in line with the regional
characteristics of Urumqi. Conclusions: Household income had the most significant impact on direct
carbon emissions, along with other influential factors such as household population, energy-saving
habits, community volume ratio, house area, number of rooms, and residents' education level.
