영문 초록

The meaning of convergence between Information and Communication Technology and industries and u-City background and explained the type of u-Service. u-City in Korea legislated the definition of u-city, and after analyzing the u-service components provided by u-City. The u-Service activities of the kind about the earthquake disaster reduction practices in the United States's HAZUS and Japan's DIS. Providing an effecitive service proposal for u-disaster prevention service.
