국문 초록

본 연구는 지하철 내 시스템을 시각적 측면에서 조사하여 개선방안을 제안하는 연구이다. 현재 지하철 내 정보 안내 시스템은 위계가 제대로 잡혀져있지 않은 상황이다. 열차 내부에서 운행정보를 표시하기 위한 실시간 디스플레이가 있지만, 정차하는 역을 알려주기 위한 요소임에도 불구하고 불필요한 광고, 순환방향 등으로 인해 중요한 정보를 인지하지 못하게 해 정작 필요한 정보를 제대로 반영하지 못하고 있다. 위와 같은 문제 개선을 위해 평소 유동인구가 많은 서울지하철을 중심으로 현재 제공되고 있는 지하철 내 정보 안내 시스템의 정보 체계, 레이아웃의 문제점을 알아보고 지하철을 이용하는 사람들의 행동 특성을 파악하여 서비스디자인 관점에서 사용자 모델링과 여정맵을 설정해 원하는 정보를 보다 쉽게 제공받을 수 있는 방안에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 다만 지하철 내부의 광고들은 해당 관리청에서 광고사업으로 운영 중으로, 개선 가능한 부분에 대해서만 제안을 고려하고자 한다. 이런 한계점을 고려하여, 지하철 내부 정보안내시스템에 대한 디자인 개선점을 제시하여 사람들에게 보다 명료하고 필요한 정보 제공을 할 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study proposes an improvement plan by investigating the system in the subway from a visual perspective.
