국문 초록

연구자는 액티브시니어들의 삶의 질 향상과 행복한 삶을 영위하는 노년의 삶을 위해 필요한 콘텐츠는 어떤 것일까에 관심을 가지고 연구를 시작했다. 첫째, 액티브시니어의 인문예술교육은 자아계발과 또래와의 소통을 원한다. 또한 프로그램 안에서는 타인의 경험과의 소통을 통해 위로와 공감대를 형성하며 새로운 형태의 관계맺음이 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 인문예술교육 프로그램을 통해 성장 욕구와 관계 욕구에서 만족감을 느낀다. 다만 관계 욕구 측면에서는 또래 뿐 아니라 가족이나 다양한 세대를 포함한다. 셋째, 성공적 노화의 가치를 ‘개인의 지속적인 성장’과 ‘사회 참여’에 두고 있다. 호기심을 가지고 꾸준히 배우며 주위 사람들과 어울리되 교육을 통해 배운 개인의 역량으로 사회에 선한 영향력을 끼치며 살아가기를 바라는 세대이다. 정리하자면, 액티브시니어 세대에게 인문예술교육 프로그램은 자아 성찰 및 자아계발, 성취감, 행복도 증진을 위해 가치가 있다. ‘인문학적 앎’과 ‘자기 성찰’을 통해 ‘관계와 소통’의 중요성을 깨달으며 타인과 어울리는 관계가 성공적 노화를 이루게 한다는 점에서 사회학적인 가치가 있다.

영문 초록

The researcher studied with interest in the contents necessary for active seniors to improve their quality of life and live a happy life for the elderly. First, the humanities and arts education of active seniors wants self-development and communication with their peers. In addition, in the program, through communication with the experiences of others, comfort and sympathy are formed, and new relationships are formed. Second, through the humanities and arts education program, they feel satisfaction in their growth needs and relationship needs. However, in terms of relationship needs, it includes not only peers, but also families and various generations. Third, the value of successful aging is placed on continuous personal growth and social participation . I hope that you will continue to learn with curiosity, and live with a positive impact on society while socializing with people around you. In summary, for the active senior generation, humanities and arts education programs are valuable for self-reflection and self-development, and to promote a sense of achievement and happiness. Through humanistic cognition and self-reflection , the importance of relationship and communication is realized, and relationships with others lead to successful aging.
