국문 초록

본 연구는 가족스트레스가 출소자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향과 출소자의 가족스트레스가 가족관계회복을 매개로 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2018년도 한국법무보호복지공단 용역사업에서 수집된 자료 중에서 결과분석에 사용하였다. 출소자를 대상으로 인구사회학적 변인과 주요변인들의 일반적 경향을 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 이변량 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 가설을 검정하기 위하여 구조방정식모형(:SEM: Structural Equation Modeling)에 특화된 AMOS 21.0버전 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 출소자의 가족스트레스가 삶의 질을 저하시키는 요인으로 작용한다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 출소자의 가족스트레스가 가족관계회복을 매개로 삶의 질로 이르는 경로가 유의미하고 가족스트레스가 삶의 질로 이르는 경로가 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 출소자의 재범을 낮추는 요인 중 가족관련 요인을 실증적으로 검증하는 데 의의가 있다. 연구결과는 출소자 가족관련 정책 및 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료 제공에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of family stress on the quality of life of former prisoner and the effect of ex husband s family stress on quality of life through mediating family relationship. For this purpose, 216 questionnaires were distributed to the participants who participated in the support program provided by the Korean Legal Protection and Welfare Service from July to August 2018, and 150 were used for the analysis of results. Statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and bivariate correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0 to analyze the demographic and sociodemographic variables and the main variables. Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) was used. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that family stress of former prisoner is a factor that lowers quality of life. Second, the path of the family stress of the former prisoner leads to the quality of the life through the medium of family relationship recovery was significant and the path of family stress to quality of life was statistically significant. The results of this study are significant in verifying the family - related factors among the factors reducing the recidivism of former prisoners. The results of this study are expected to be helpful in providing basic data necessary for the development of policies and programs related to ex-offspring families.
