국문 초록

창업초기기업들이 뿌리내릴 수 있으면, 경제적 부가가치의 창출효과와 더불어 안정적 일자리 창출에 도움을 줄 수 있고, 이는 곧 지역의 경제와 국가경제의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다. 창업초기기업들의 경우 제한된 자원과 역량들을 보유하고 있어, 생존가능성과 안정성장을 위한 대안으로 다양한 네트워킹 활동을 통한 정보와 자원에 대한 접근과 획득의 가능성을 높이는 것이 필요하다. 또한 창업초기기업들의 경우 일반적 형태의 중소기업들보다 환경변화에 대응할 수 있는 흡수역량의 확보가 중요하다. 연구의 분석 결과 창업초기기업들의 운영성과에 정보접근성, 자원접근성, 흡수역량은 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 내재형의 개방형 혁신 활동이 정(+)의 조절효과를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 창업초기기업들의 안정적 성장을 위해서는 외부의 다양한 원천들을 활용할 수 있는 개방형 혁신 활동의 적극적 고려가 필요하다고 할 수 있겠다.

영문 초록

If early start-ups can take root, they can help create stable jobs along with creating economic added value, which can contribute to the revitalization of the local economy and the national economy. Early start-ups have limited resources and capabilities, so it is necessary to increase access to and acquire information and resources through various networking activities as an alternative to sustainability and stability. In addition, it is more important for early start-ups to secure absorption capacity to cope with environmental changes than for general types of small and medium-sized enterprises. The analysis of the research showed that the operational performance of the early start-up enterprises had significant positive effects on information accessibility, resource access letter and absorption capacity. Also it appears that outside-in open innovation activities have a positive control effect. For stable growth of early start-ups, active consideration of open innovation activities is needed to utilize various external sources.
