중소기업의 동적역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 급변하는 제4차 산업혁명 시대에 경영환경의 불확실성 속에서 중소기업이 지속성장을 위해 갖추어야 할 동적역량과 경영성과와의 관계에서 조직의 혁신활동을 매개로 한 경영 전략수립과 방향성을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 동적역량과 경영성과와의 사이에서 기업의 혁신활동의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 연구모델을 구축하였다. 총 428개의 유효한 설문지가 사용되었다. 통계프로그램은SPSS 24.0 및 AMOS 24.0을 사용했으며, 분석에는 상관분석, 회귀분석 및 3단계 파라메트릭 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 동적역량은 경영혁신과 기술혁신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 동적역량과 경영성과와의 관계에서는 혁신활동이 부분매개하고 있는 것으로나타났다. 경영혁신과 기술혁신은 모두 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기업이 경쟁우위와 지속성장을 이루기 위해 조직의 동적역량 향상을 위한 전략적 방법을 모색해야 함을 시사하고 있다. 또한 조직구성원들이 혁신활동을 활발히 할 수 있는 제도적 장치와 조직구성원들의 역량강화를 마련해야 함을 시사하고 있다. 조직의 동적역량을 향상시키고 이에 따른 조직구성원들의 혁신활동이 활발히 이루어지면 경영성과가 높아지므로 중소기업에서는 이에 따른 경영방침과 전략수립, 프로세스가 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, in the era of the rapidly changing 4th Industrial Revolution, in the uncertainties of the business environment, the relationship between the dynamic capacity that SMEs should prepare for sustainable growth and the business performances of the organization. The purpose is to provide management strategy formulation and direction through innovation activities. A research model was established to confirm the mediating effect of corporate innovation activities between dynamic capabilities and business performance. A total of 428 valid questionnaires were used for analysis with SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0, and correlation analysis, regression analysis, and 3-stage parametric regression analysis were used. As a result of the analysis, it was found that dynamic capacity influences management innovation and technological innovation. It was also found that innovative activities are a partial parameter in the relationship between dynamic capacity and business performance. It was found that management innovation and technological innovation all affect business performance. These results suggest that companies must seek strategic ways to empower their organizations to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth. It also suggests that members of the organization must provide institutional equipment and empowerment of members of the organization to stimulate technological innovation activities. If the dynamic capacity of the organization is improved and the innovation activities of the members of the organization are actively carried out, the business performances will be high. Therefore, It suggests that small and medium-sized enterprises need to formulate management policies and strategies and processes accordingly.
