영문 초록

This study which studied by fundraising of Semyung university succeeds to the own study of 2004. This article aimed for proof how to test the hypothesis on working the program for independent life effectively, the National Minimum Security System in Korea. So I began this study from empirical survey using of questionnaire included in impact evaluation government for public assistance program. Finally I couldn t reject null hypothesis that independent life program don t have a causality between program and target s independent life scores. Also, I could make a clear conclusion about no differences among policy participant group, independent life program levels, and independent life score of target peoples.
