공급사슬지향성과 실시간 기업(RTE) 측면에서의 민첩성 역량이 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 공급사슬 관점에서 경영환경의 변화와 수요변동에 대응하기 위해서는 개별기업들에게 민첩성 능력이 요구되며, 혁신적 제품의 제조에 따라 반응적 공급사슬을 구성하고 있는 산업의 기업체들을 대상으로 민첩성의 역량 요인들에 대한 규명과 공급사슬지향성과 민첩성 역량들 간의 관계 및 민첩성 역량이 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하는 것이 주요한 목적이다. 이를 위하여 연구가설을 수립하고 검정을 시행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 가설 H1의 검정으로서 전략적 공급사슬지향성은 민첩성의 세부요인들 모두에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 가설 H2의 검정으로서 구조적 공급사슬지향성은 민첩성의 세부요인들 대부분에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 그리고 가설 H3의 검정으로서 경영능력은 공급사슬 성과의 세부요인들 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타난다. 가설 H4의 검정으로서 유연성은 공급사슬 성과의 세부요인들 대부분에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 가설 H5의 검정으로서 반응성은 공급사슬 성과의 세부요인들 모두에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 가설 H6의 검정으로서 신속성은 공급사슬 성과의 세부요인들 대부분에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나며, 마지막으로 가설 H7의 검정으로서 간결성은 공급사슬 성과의 세부요인들 모두에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 혁신적 제품의 제조에 따라 반응적 공급사슬을 구성하여야 하는 산업의 기업측면에서 개별기업이 보유하여야 하는 민첩성 역량 요인을 규명하였고, 해당 기업의 공급사슬지향성은 민첩성을 제고할 수 있으며, 민첩성 역량의 제고는 공급사슬 성과의 제고로 연결될 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 공급사슬지향성, 민첩성 역량, 공급사슬 성과 간의 관계를 종합적으로 규명하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes of management environment and demand agility in order to cope with changes in demand and supply chain. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between supply chain orientation and agility capability and to examine the effect of agility capacity on supply chain performance.For this purpose, research hypotheses were established and hypothesis tests were conducted. First, as a test of hypothesis H1, strategic supply-chain orientation has a positive (＋) effect on all of the sub-factors of agility. As a test of hypothesis H2, structural supply chain orientation appears to have a positive (＋) significant effect on most of the detailed factors of agility. In addition, as the test of Hypothesis H3, the managerial ability has a positive (but not significant) effect on the detailed factors of supply chain performance. As a test of hypothesis H4, flexibility appears to have a positive (＋) significant effect on most of the detailed factors of supply chain performance. As a test of hypothesis H5, reactivity appears to have a positive (＋) significant effect on all of the sub-factors of supply chain performance. As a test of hypothesis H6, agility appears to have a positive (＋) significant effect on most of the detailed factors of supply chain performance. Finally, as a test of hypothesis H7, concurrency appears to have a positive (＋) significant effect on all of the sub-factors of supply chain performance. This study examines the competitiveness factors of an aggressive industry in terms of the individual companies that should construct reactive supply chains according to the manufacturing of innovative products. The supply chain orientation of the firms can increase the agility, Of the total population. Therefore, the relationship between supply chain orientation, agility capacity, and supply chain performance is comprehensively analyzed.
