영문 초록

This research was 10 highlight the entrepreneurship of chairman Kun-Hee Lee the 2nd founder of Sarnsung corporation, who carr lhe managemcnt principle which focuses on the devotion 10 hurnan society by providing besl products and services with talents and technology. Also it airned 10 revisit the life and the management pri nciple of chairman Kun- Hee Lee who. with the new management, tried to found worJd’s first human corporation. This research was mainly divided into two parts: literature-bistory research method and managerial history researcb method, and it analyzed the managerial accomplishment chrorucaJly according to the literature history documents, and managerial history method s research t∞k 12 months in which the document collecting process, writing process, and 6 party joinl research processes were completed content of the research divided and categorized chairman KunHee life and managerial princl이es in the following order: (1) social back ground at the time of his birth, (2) elementary, middle and high schoo! education in his teenage peri여， (3) Studying abroad peri in Japan and the U.S. in his adolescent, (4) President inauguration and the re-foundation of the corporat ion, and his management and his managerial revolution process in his early adult life,(S) genius management and establishment of the leading corporation in the world in his latter adult life.
