영문 초록

This is a case report of Bimaxillary Protrusion, in adults, corrected by Anterior Segmental Osteotomies. Proper selection of operative method was determined by depending upon preoperative workups such as radiographic survey, study model analysis and model surgery, cephalometric analysis and gross evaluation of facio-dental deformities. We used different surgical technique in each patients; * Wunderer technique in case 1 * Downfracturing technique in case 2 After surgical correction, much improvement of facial appearance was achieved satisfactorily without any complications.
