영문 초록

Logistics service providers has been more interested in investing far east with regard to development of far east russia and possibility of handling China’s NE(north east) throughput in far east russia. However, far east russia has small market and poor infrastructures, Logistics service providers have difficulties when they try to enter in logistics market. The case study for success and failure in far east logistics market shows implication. Detailed market study and investigation is material to investing. It is also important to secure demand such as contract with shippers in long term or investment together with korean shippers in far east. In addition to partnership with local companies, M&A and localization, specialized logistics service can improve inherent competitiveness. And then, logistics service providers need to expand their own network in nationwide-russia, CIS and eurasia.
