영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육 스트레스에 대한 종단적 변화와 예측 변인

국문 초록

본 연구는 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 양육 스트레스의 변화를 분석하고, 예측변인이 무엇인가를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구자료는 한국아동패널 1차년도부터 3차년도 연구대상자인 2078명의 자료를 사용하여 잠재성장모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 양육 스트레스는 시간이 지남에 따라 선형적으로 증가하는 양상을 나타냈다. 둘째, 조건모형분석 결과, 어머니의 교육수준과 산전 우울, 영아의 부정적 정서성과 부부갈등 변인이 양육 스트레스의 초기값에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 어머니 양육 스트레스의 변화율에 영향을 주는 변인으로는 어머니의 산전우울, 영아의 부정적 정서성과 부부갈등 변인이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 어머니 양육 스트레스 변화에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined a growth curve model of maternal perception of parenting stress and predictive effect of the related variables using a three-years(2008-2010) longitudinal sample of 2,087 Korean mothers who raise infants aged between 0 to 2 from Korean Children Panel Survey. The summary of the results was as follows: First, maternal parenting stress was increased from first panel years to third panel years. Second, maternal education level, infants' negative emotionality, maternal prenatal depression and marital conflict at the point of first year were related to the intercept of the maternal parenting stress. And infants' negative emotionality, prenatal depression and marital conflict at the point of first year were significantly related to the slope of maternal parenting stress. Findings from this study suggest the need to consider predicting variables to intervene and prevent maternal parenting stress.
