국문 초록

본 연구는 방과후학교의 내실 있는 운영을 위한 성공적인 정착을 위해 급지에 따라 초등학교 방과후학교 운영에 대한 학생과 학부모의 인식과 만족도를 분석하여 바람직한 개선 방안을 알아보려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 부산광역시교육청 관내 초등학교 전체 297개교 중 가, 나, 다, 라 급지별 1개교를 대상으로 학생 151명, 학부모 201명의 총 352명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 분석을 위해 SPSS WIN 14.0을 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과 방과후학교 운영에 대하여 학생과 학부모 모두 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 강사, 교육과정, 운영성과, 수강료의 만족도에 대해서는 급지별로 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있었다. 따라서, 다양한 계층의 학생과 학부모에게 높은 신뢰도 형성과 방과후학교의 안정적인 정착을 위해 질적 개선과 급지별 특성을 고려한 교육수요자 맞춤형 방과후학교로서 다각적인 접근 방법의 필요성을 제기하였다.

영문 초록

The study was performed to investigate desirable ways of improving to manage the after school programs efficiently and successfully by analyzing students’ and parents’ cognition and satisfaction to manage the after school programs in the elementary school according to each school’s grade. For this, the questionnaire for analyzing the data of the study was conducted to 151 students and 201 parents(total 352 people) in the elementary schools withing Busan Education Office, including every school’s grade A, B, C, D. The subjects of the survey data in order to identify the common characteristics of the frequency analysis was performed with the chi-square verification. The result of the study shows that all students and parents think the after school programs in a positive way. But there are some meaningful differences about lecturer, course of study, management result and satisfaction with tuition fee according to the school grade. To invigorate after school programs in the elementary school, it needs improvements and diversified methods such as surveying the attendees’ needs are required to achieve students’ active participation. Therefore, in order to settle the after school programs stable, the study suggests after school’s qualitative improvement to obtain students’ and parents’ high reliability and the necessity of educatee-customized multilateral approaches considering the region’s property.
