국문 초록

본 연구는 소액창업지원기관의 창업지원매니저들의 역할수행의 효과성을 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위해 매니저가 제공하는 서비스 내용과 전달방식을 어떻게 수행하는지 분석하고, 이러한 서비스 내용과 전달방식에 창업지원매니저의 개인특성 요인과 기관의 조직환경 요인이 어떠헥 영향을 미치는지를 탐색적으로 분석하였다 분석결과, 창업지원매니저들의 서비스 전달방식은 규정대로 준수하는 편으로 나타났으나, 제공하는 서비스 내용은 매니저들 간에 상당한 차이를 보이고 있으며 기관에서 명시한 서비스 보다 명시하지 않은 서비스를 더 많이 제공하는 경향을 보였다 매니저들 간에 제공하는 서비스 내용과 전달의 차이는 무엇보다도 모호한 운영규칙과 업무매뉴얼, 수퍼비젼 부재, 미흡한 교육훈련, 미비한 업무지원 등의 조직적 환경요인 때문에 방생된 것으로 보인다 이러한 조직적 환경 때문에 매니저들이 제공하는 서비스 내용과 전달방식이 그들의 개인적 특성인 창업 및 취업경험, 직책, 근속기간, 직무 모티베이션에 따라 크게 달라지는 것으로 보인다

영문 초록

This study is to analyze how the program manager of a microenterprise program perform in terms of the services they provide and service delivery styles, and to explain how their individual characteristics and the organizational environment affect both of them The purpose of this exploratory study is to envision ways to enhance the managers' performance in the microenterprise program The results of the study show that the managers follow service delivery styles defined by their organizations However, there are significant differences in the services provided by program managers, and there is a tendency to put more focus on providing the services that are not designated by the organizations than on the services that are designated These differences in the services provided by different managers are due to some organizational factors including ambiguous management rules and manuals, lack of supervision, lack of educational training, and lack of support Due to this organizational environment, it seems that the services provided and delivery styles of the services significantly differ depending on their individual features such as experience in business start-up and work, job motivation, and length of one's career as a program manager
