사이버 학습체제에서의 자기조절 학습모형 개발

국문 초록

  본 연구는 최근 사이버학습 환경에서 강조되고 있는 자기조절학습 모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 사이버 교수ㆍ학습 환경의 설계 원리를 적용한 기존 연구 결과를 분석하여, 자기조절학습 전략과 사이버학습간의 상호보완 가능성 및 학생의 자기주도력 신장에 초점을 두어 연구를 수행하였다. 세부적으로 Knowles (1975), Grow(1991), Garrison(1997)의 모형을 근거로 사이버학습 체제에서의 자기조절학습 모형을 구안하였다.
  본 연구에서 제안한 사이버학습 체제에서의 자기조절학습 모형은 수준별 개별학습에 기반하여 교수ㆍ학습 전략(동기, 인지, 행동 전략)을 세분화한 형태를 취하고 있으며, 운영 및 지원에 관한 세부 사항까지를 포함하고 있다. 특히 세부 모형과 학습과정은 교실 수업과 동일한 수준의 실재성(reality)을 유지하고자 하였다.
  한편 본 연구결과는 영재아들에게 자기조절학습 능력을 길러주기 위한 목적으로도 활용될 수 있으며, 향후 사이버 환경을 활용한 영재교육과 관련한 다양한 학습모형의 개발 및 실천 방안이 요망된다.

영문 초록

  This research focuses on developing a model of self-regulated learning at cyber learning system. It analyzed the existing research results that applied the design theory of cyber teaching and learning environment and studied self-regulated learning strategy, possibility of complimentation between cyber learning systems and improvement of self-directed learning of students. In details, it referred to the models of Knowles(1975), Grow (1991), Garrison(1997) to accomplish the self- regulated learning model at cyber learning system.
  It suggests a self-regulated learning model at cyber learning system. The model has details of teaching and learning strategy(motivation, cognition, behavior strategy) based on individual learning for each level. It also includes details of operation and support. Especially, the detailed model and learning course is similar to actual classroom lesson maintaining the reality.
  The research result can be applied to the learning system of gifted children to improve their self-regulated learning ability. It is expected to develop many learning models for gifted education using the cyber environment.
