Jong-Hoe Koo
Jong-Hoe Koo graduated from Kyungpook National University in 1972 with a degree in English and Business Administration. He began his career at Korea Tungsten Company (KTC), leading international sales and holding key positions in London and Rotterdam. Rising to Vice President, he played a pivotal role in KTC’s global expansion.
In 1998, he became CEO & President of Seco Tools Korea, a globally renowned Swedish metal-cutting tool group. Under his leadership, the company achieved 20-fold revenue growth, becoming one of the most successful subsidiaries within the Seco Group. His strategic focus on technical sales, customer-centric solutions, and operational excellence set new industry standards.
After retiring from corporate leadership, he founded CT&M Consulting Services, specializing in global M&A, business strategy, and sustainable growth in the metal-cutting tools and tungsten raw materials industry. With over 40 years of expertise, he continues to share insights on ethical leadership, sustainable business development, and global market strategies.
