This bilingual edition includes foundational knowledge about the astronomical and calendrical principles underlying the solar terms, making it easier, more approachable, and deeper for readers to understand and appreciate these seasonal markers.
The 24 poems in this book were originally exhibited in July 2024 during the "Write" exhibition by the Graduate School of Children's Cultural Content Alumni Research Association. They were presented in Braille, using six-dot patterns, and later transcribed into Korean. This bilingual edition presents their English translations alongside the original Korean text

A sharp, honeyed bloom lingers in the air,
entwined with the tender, verdant sigh of new grass.

Where pear blossoms once fell, tiny pears now grow.
Along the stream, the fragrances of flowers and fresh greenery guide the way,
accompanied by laughter and cheerful chatter.
Among the footsteps:
‘Hello? Ah, it’s been so long!’
‘So nice to hear from you! How have you been?’
‘Yes, we must meet soon!’
The sound of these phone calls fills the air."
