저자(글) Hyerim Park

Hyerim Park is a dreamer and a doer, who believes we can live as we dream. She doesn’t like to be defined by a career. She worked as an interpreter as well as translator for the Pyeongchang 2018 Bid Committee. She gained recognition as an interpreter after several appearances on various TV programs. She experienced global business environment at a global HR company, and later she continued her career as a freelance interpreter/translator. She also gained many experiences in English education for businesses. She established “Eunoia,” a company that specializes in Business English Educational Consulting and eBook publishing. She had written the book titled, “Woman who Bridges the World” and translated “The Mixer's Manual” written by Dan Jones.

저자(글) Hyundu Kim

Hyundu Kim is the owner of “Caf？ Gonggan 153”, who dreams to live as a traveler. He had quit his job when he was 30 years old and traveled the world in his pink coffee truck. He walked over 800 km in Santiago with just a backpack that he received from a friend. He stayed in Jeju Island for almost three months as he fell in love with the place. Currently, he is living in a little corner of his hometown Jinan located in Jeollabuk-do Province, with his backpack, books, coffee and the old coffee truck. He opened a caf？ and is living his life there, as he loves the countryside and the people there. He wrote an beautiful essay titled, “Travelling the People.”

저자(글) Mulgil Kim

Mulgil Kim is an artist who loves to travel and communicates through artworks. When she was 24 years old, she started a project called “Art Road,” which was about drawing things that you see and feel. She completed over 400 pieces of drawings traveling 46 countries in 5 continents for 673 days from the year 2011 to 2013. Based on the drawings from the trips, she published an essay called “Art Road.” She continued the drawing work traveling in Korea under the project name “Korea’s Art Road,” and in 2016, she published “Art Road, the Story of Korea.” She had many exhibitions and was on media such as radio and podcast. She has done many lectures and made many appearances on TV. She is currently working as a travel writer.

저자(글) Yongseop Cho

Yongseop Cho is the CEO of Jirisangwan “Mashil.” He visited Jirisan for the first time in his life when he was 20 years old. After 40 years, he is still in love with the mountain. He left his hometown Busan and is now living in Namwon, at the foot of the Jirisan Mountain, writing about the mountain. He had expanded his sphere of activity from being a mountaineer to a communicator. He is interacting with the general public through a program called “Walking the Jirisan Mountain with Humanities.” His story “Cho Youngseop’s Saneuro” was published serially in the “Seoul Newspaper,” and he participated in the Jirisan Dulle-gil storytelling project. He has been doing lectures at the Jirisan Tourism College since 2016.

June Cho is a photographer, time-lapse and unique image director. Time-lapse photography is a technique where a series of photographs are taken over a long period and later sped up. He is globally known for his time-lapse work of Alps, Hawaii, Norway and Ulleungdo Island. He produces videos for various ads and promotional materials. He interacts with people by giving lectures about time-lapse, exclusive images, and photography techniques. Currently, he is the CEO of “Naturefilm,” a company that produces nature photography. He is also working as an advertising executive at the “Korea’s Mountain Photographer Association.”

Hyungwook Kim is a photographer, who expresses his thoughts about the world through photography. In 2009, he received the grand prize at the 4th National Geographic International Photography Contest (in the “People” Category). The name of the photograph that won the award is called “The Lost Empire.” He is working to help the kids in the remote areas of the world to make their dreams come true. He had delivered over 20 thousand English books to about 20 rural areas of the countries such as India, Pakistan, and Nepal. His dream is to make one thousand libraries around the world to help kids reach for their dreams. He had written the book “The World at My Fingertips.”
