국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 가상 시뮬레이션 실습이 자기주도학습능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시되었다. J도 2개 간호대학 3학년 144명의 재학생이 2022년 6월 15일부터 6월 30일까지 온라인 설문에 응답하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 일반적 특성 6문항, 임상실습관련 특성 10문항, 자기주도학습능력 32문항, 문제해결능력 52문항으로 조사되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램으로 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis을 실시하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 자기주도학습능력에 영향을 미치는 변인은 문제해결능력(β=.533, p<.001), 실습조원과의 관계(β=.161, p<.022)로 나타났으며, 자기주도학습능력에 대한 이들 변인들의 설명력은 42.5%였다. 결론적으로 가상 시뮬레이션 실습에 참여한 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력에 문제해결능력과 실습조원과의 관계가 높은 영향력을 미쳤음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 간호대학생들의 실습교육 시 가상 시뮬레이션을 상황에 맞게 학습하도록 제공하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to determine the impact of virtual simulation practice on nursing students' self-directed learning. 144 third-year students at two nursing colleges in J also responded to an online survey from June 15 to June 30, 2022. Using a structured questionnaire, the survey included 6 questions on general characteristics, 10 questions on clinical practice-related characteristics, 32 questions on self-directed learning ability, and 52 questions on problem-solving ability. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. As a result of the study, the variables that affect the subject's self-directed learning ability are problem-solving ability (β=.533, p<.001), relationship with training team members (β=.161, p<.022), and self-directed learning The explanatory power of these variables for ability was 42.5%. In conclusion, it was confirmed that problem-solving ability and relationships with simulation partners exerted a significant influence on the self-directed learning ability of nursing students participating in virtual simulation training. Therefore, it is necessary to provide nursing students with virtual simulations to learn in a context of their clinical practice.
