국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 신혼기 남녀의 자기분화가 갈등대처방식을 매개로 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향에서 성별의 조절된 매개효과를검증하는 데 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 국내 거주중이며 만 20세~39세, 결혼 후 5년 이내 결혼생활 유지중인 첫 자녀 출산 이전(임신 중 포함)의 초혼인남편과 아내 총 369명을 대상으로 한국형 자기분화 척도, 갈등대처방식 척도, 한국형 결혼만족도 척도(Korean Marital Satisfaction Scale)로 구성된 자기 보고식 설문을 배포하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0과 SPSS Macro Process를 통해 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개효과, 조절효과, 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 결과 각 요인들은 유의한 상관이 있었고 갈등대처방식 하위요인 중 이성적 대처는 자기분화와 결혼만족도 간의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 나타났으며, 성별요인으로 여성만이 자기분화가 이성적 대처에 미치는 조절효과를 나타냈다. 이를 바탕으로 조절된 매개효과 검증 결과, 자기분화와 결혼만족도의 관계에서 이성적 대처의 매개효과를 조절하는 조절된 매개효과를 확인하였다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 신혼기의 보다 나은 결혼생활의 만족을 위해서는 문제나 갈등이 있을 시, 이성적인 대처가 효과적임을확인하였다. 특히, 여성의 경우 자신의 자기분화 수준에 따른 이성적 대처 방법을 사용하여 결혼만족도를 높이는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, it is to verify the moderated mediating effect of gender in the effect of self-differentiation of newlyweds on marriage satisfaction through conflict response method. Methods To this end, data were collected by distributing a self-report questionnaire consisting of the Korean-style self-differentiation scale, conflict response scale, and Korean-style marital satisfaction scale to a total of 369 first-married husbands and wives who are 20 to 39 years old and are married within five years of marriage. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, mediating effects, moderating effects, and controlled media ting effects were verified through SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Macro Processes. Results Each factor was significantly correlated, and among the sub-factors of conflict response, rational coping showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-differentiation and marital satisfaction, and only women showed a moderating effect of self-differentiation on rational coping as a gender factor. As a result of ver ifying the controlled mediating effect based on this, the controlled mediating effect controlling the mediating ef fect of rational coping in the relationship between self-differentiation and marital satisfaction was confirmed. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that rational coping is effective when there is a problem or conflict for the satisfaction of a better marriage in the newlyweds. In particular, in the case of women, the effect of increasing marital satisfaction can be expected by using rational coping methods according to their own level of self-differentiation.
