국문 초록

This study aims to identify the concept and types of welfare technology related to long-term care, and to provide implications for the introduction and practice of welfare technology in Korea through an analysis of long-term care welfare technology practice cases in Japan. First, welfare technology can be utilized in almost all areas of interpersonal services, including family, nursing, assistive technology, home adaptation, rehabilitation, physical therapy, special education, and employment, and is a technology solution that provides effective welfare services to people with various needs. Second, subcategories of welfare technology include location technology, assistive technology, safety technology, social contact technology, and treatment technology. Third, in long-term care in Japan, science and technology are utilized in life care, monitoring, urinary care, and communication technology. In order to actively utilize science and technology in the long-term care sector in Korea in the future, it is necessary to operate a policy control tower, accumulate and provide information for technology practice, and support supplier investment costs and user self-payment.
