With the rapid development and popularization of digital technology, the field of higher education is undergoing profound changes. The application of cutting-edge technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence has promoted the transformation of university student management methods towards digitization and intelligence. This change not only improves management efficiency, but also creates a personalized and convenient learning environment for students. However, the management and education model for college students still faces problems such as low digitalization, single management methods, lagging education models, and simple evaluation systems. Therefore, exploring the transformation strategies of the management and education mode for college students in the digital age is of great significance for promoting students' comprehensive development and improving the quality of education.
