디지털 덴티스트리 연구 동향에 관한 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 디지털 덴티스트리 연구 동향을 분석하고자 네트워크 텍스트 분석 결과를 제시하였다. 2015년부터 2024년까지 RISS에 게재된 디지털 덴티스트리 관련 연구 87편의 주제어를 Net-Miner 4.0 프로그램으로 네트워크 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구 주제어의 출현 빈도는 CAD-CAM, 3D프린팅, 임플란트 보철이 높게 나타났다. 연결 중심성이 높은 주제어는 구강스캐너, 3D 프린팅, 총의치, 치과보철, 디지털 진단 순서로 나타났다. 응집구조분석 결과 1 집단은 디지털 의치 제작, 2 집단은 디지털 보철물 제작, 3 집단은 디지털 임플란트 수술, 4 집단은 디지털 분석, 5 집단은 디지털 임플란트 보철로 구성되었다. Modularity 값은 0.307로 모듈화되었다. 디지털 덴티스트리 연구는 의치, 보철, 임플란트 중심으로 진행되어 치료중심 동향을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 연구에서는 구강질환 예방, 교육에 활용하는 디지털 덴티스트리 연구 확대가 요구되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze digital dentistry research trends. The subject of the study is 87 studies related to digital dentistry published in RISS from 2015 to 2024. Frequency analysis of key words, centrality analysis, and cohesive structure analysis of the study were conducted. The analysis program is It was Net-Miner 4.0. The results are as follows: The frequency of research keywords was CAD-CAM, 3D printing, and implant prosthesis. The keyword with high connection centrality was oral scanner, followed by 3D printing, complete dentures, dental prosthetics, and digital diagnosis. As a result of research trend cohesive structure analysis, Group 1 consisted of digital denture production, Group 2 consisted of digital prosthesis production, Group 3 consisted of digital implant surgery, Group 4 consisted of digital analysis, and Group 5 consisted of digital implant prosthesis. The modularity value was modularized to 0.307. It was confirmed that digital dentistry research was conducted focusing on dentures, prosthetics, and implants and was reflected in treatment-oriented treatment. In future research, it was requested to expand research on digital dentistry used in oral disease prevention and education.
