국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 특수교육 전공 학부생의 프로티언 경력태도와 고용가능성의 관계에서 긍정심리자본 의 매개효과를 실증적으로 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국의 사범대학 특수교육과에 재학 중인 학부생 311 명이 응답한 자료를 활용하였다. SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 PROCESS macro 4.0의 model 4를 이용해 추가적으로 변인 간의 직접 및 간접 효과 검증을 실시했으며, 매개효과의 통계적 유의성 검증을 위하여 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 특수교육 전공 학부생의 프로티언 경력태도 대한 인식 정도는 높게 나왔으며, 특히 자기주도성이 가장 높았고, 고용가 능성은 중앙값 이상으로 나왔으며, 긍정심리자본의 회복탄력성이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리 자본이 프로티언 경력태도와 고용가능성을 매개한다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 연구영역과 실천영역에 대한 시 사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between protean career attitude and employability among undergraduate students majoring in special education. To achieve this, data were collected from 311 undergraduates enrolled in special education departments at colleges of education nationwide. Descriptive statistics, correlation, and reliability analyses were conducted using SPSS 25.0. Additionally, direct and indirect effects among variables were tested using model 4 of PROCESS macro 4.0, and bootstrapping was performed to verify the statistical significance of the mediating effect. The analysis results are as follows: First, the level of awareness regarding protean career attitude among special education majors was high, with self-directedness being the highest. Employability was above the median, while resilience, a component of positive psychological capital, was found to be the lowest. Second, positive psychological capital mediates the relationship between protean career attitude and employability. Based on the results of this study, implications for research and practice were suggested.
