국문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of social welfare workers in ICT-based welfare services, and to grasp opinions on ICT-based welfare services and all matters necessary for the region. Through this, we would like to propose ways to use ICT and matters to consider that respond quickly to the needs of social welfare recipients. To achieve the purpose of the study, FGI was conducted three times for a total of 13 social workers in the field of children and adolescents, the field of the disabled, and the elderly, and written interviews were conducted twice to supplement the responses. The results of the study were divided into ICT-based welfare service experience, ICT-based welfare services that need to be introduced, and all matters necessary for introduction, and a total of 7 subcategories and 22 details were derived. Looking at the main research results, the need for ICT-based welfare services that need to be introduced has emerged significantly in the area of care, and it is emphasized that infrastructure, accessibility, related education and manpower should be considered importantly. Based on these results, it was proposed to enhance the understanding of social welfare workers on the use of ICT, build infrastructure equipment, improve accessibility, and consider vulnerable groups who have difficulty using ICT.
