간호대학생의 직무재창조 역량강화를 위한 교수학습 프로그램의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 직무재창조 역량강화를 위한 교수학습 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한 후 효과를 확인하기 위하여 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 C 지역 소재 대학생 128명 중 3개분반인 64명에게 개발한 프로그램을 적용한 수업을 15주 동안 진행하였고 대조군 3개 분반인 64명에게는 강의식 수업을 진행하였다. 수업의 효과는 의사소통능력, 적응유연성, 셀프리더십, 직무재창조 도구로 확인하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 Program을 사용 하였으며 수업운영에 따른점수의 차이는 독립표본 t 검정으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호 직무재창조 역량강화 교수학습 프로그램을 적용한 군이 강의식 수업을 진행한 군에 비해 의사소통능력, 적응유연성, 셀프리더십, 직무재창조에서 유의하게 높은 점수를 보였다. 이를 바탕으로 직무재창조 역량강화를 위한 연구, 실무, 교육 분야의 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply a teaching-learning programaimed at enhancing job crafting competencies among nursing students, and to verify itseffectiveness. For this purpose, 128 college students from a university in region C participated,with 64 students (divided into 3 sections) receiving the developed program over 15 weeks, whilethe other 64 students (divided into 3 sections) received traditional lecture-based instruction. Theeffectiveness of the program was measured using tools assessing communication competence,adaptability, self-leadership, and job crafting. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 22.0, and differences in scores between the groups were examined using an independent sample t-test. Theresults indicated that the group participating in the job crafting competency enhancement programscored significantly higher in communication competence, adaptability, self-leadership, and jobcrafting compared to the group that received lecture-based instruction. Based on these findings,the study suggests implications for research, practice, and education in the field of job craftingcompetency enhancement.
