국문 초록

해독 시스템은 간, 신장, 피부, 위장관, 림프계 등 다양한 기관으로 구성되어 있으며, 면역 체계 강화, 호르몬 균형 유지, 신경 전달 물질 기능 향상 등 건강 유지에 필수적인 역할을 한다. 기능 의학적 관점에서 해독은 질병 중심 접근 방식을 넘어 건강 문제의 근본적인 원인을 해결하는 데 중점을 둔다. 개인의 생화학적 개성을 고려하여 맞춤화된 치료 계획을 수립하는 것이 중요하며, 이를 위해 간의 자정 능력 정상화, 영양학적 접근, 장내 미생물 및 섬유질 활용, 신경 전달 물질 교정 등의 전략 을 활용할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The detoxification system is a complex network comprised of various organs, including the liver, kidneys, skin, gastrointestinal tract, and lymphatic system. It plays a vital role in maintaining health by processing and eliminating toxins from the body. The functional medicine approach to detoxification focuses on addressing the root cause by considering individual characteristics. This personalized approach can help maintain a healthy detoxification system and promote overall health through strategies like normalizing liver function, implementing a nutritional approach, utilizing intestinal microbiota, and managing sleep and stress.
