영문 초록

Objectives : We report 2 cases of isolated head tremor treated by Functional CerebroSpinal Therapy (FCST) and acupuncture. These cases report efficacy of FCST on isolated head tremor. Methods : In both cases, patients who experienced isolated heard tremor visited 10 times and were treated with FCST and acupucture. Improvements of head tremor was measured by a Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), MDS-UPDRS 2.10 and MDSUPDRS 3.18. Results : In Case 1, after treatment, VAS of tremor decreased from 10 to 0, MDSUPDRS 2.10 from 2 to 0, MDS-UPDRS 3.18 from 4 to 0. In Case 2, after treatment, VAS of tremor was decreased from 10 to 2, MDS-UPDRS 2.10 from 2 to 1, MDS-UPDRS 3.18 from 4 to 2. Conclusions : This improvement might suggest FCST can be effective for patients who suffer isolated head tremor.
