그림책 연계 점토놀이로 나타나는 영아의 정서지능 반응

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 만 2세 영아를 대상으로 참여관찰을 통해 그림책 연계 점토놀이로 나타나는 정서지능의 반응에 대해 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 방법 이를 위하여 경기도 I시에 소재한 A 영유아보육기관 만 2세반을 대상으로 정서지능의 반응을 크게 세 가지인 정서인식 및 표현, 정서의 사고촉진, 정서조절의 범주와 7개의 하위영역으로 직접관찰을 통해 분석하고 재해석을 통해 유목화하여 연구결과를 도출하는 방법을 사용하였다. 결과 그림책 연계 점토놀이를 통해 발현되는 영아의 정서지능 반응은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서인식 및 표현의 반응은 모방하기, 몰입하기, 창의적 표현의 세 가지로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서의 사고촉진 반응은 정서적 상호작용과 상징놀이의 두 가지 구분으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서조절은 감정전환과 재시도하기의 반응으로 나타났다. 참여관찰을 통해 점토놀이의 다양한 반응을 긍정적인 효과의 모습으로 간파할 수 있는 결과를 보여 정서발달에 점토놀이가 미치는 영향을 알 수 있었다. 결론 만 2세 영아를 대상으로 한 그림책 연계 점토놀이는 정서와 관련된 그림책 읽어주기와 함께 시도되었을 때 더 활발한 활동을 보였으며, 그와 관련된 경험을 점토를 통해 자유롭게 표상하는 활동은 영아의 정서지능 반응에 긍정적인 효과의 모습을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, the responses of emotional intelligence to picture book-linked clay play were analyzed through participatory observation for two-year-old infants. Methods For the objectives of this study, the responses of emotional intelligence were explored by dividing it into three categories including emotional recognition and expression, emotional thinking promotion, and emotional control and seven sub-areas and by analyzing through direct observation and reinterpretation for the two-year- old infants of kindergarten in I city in Gyeonggi-do province. Results The responses of emotional intelligence of infants expressed through picture book-linked clay play are as follows. First, the responses of emotional recognition and expression were divided into three categories: imitation, immersion, and creative expression. Second, the emotional thinking promotion responses were divided into two categories: emotional interaction and symbolic play. Third, emotional control responses were divided into two types: emotional conversion and retrying. Through participatory observation, the various responses of clay play were found to have positive effects, and the effect of clay play on emotional development was found out. Conclusions The clay play linked to picture books for two-year-old infants showed positive effects on the emotional intelligence responses by reading picture books related to emotions and expressing prior experiences with easy through clay play.
