국문 초록

국가는 국민의 삶을 안전하게 보호하고 그에 맞는 사회적 보장 제도를 계획하고 이를 지속적으로 관리해야 할 의무가 있다. 한국 사회는 핵가족에서 빠른 속도로 1인 가구로의 그 수요가 증가하고 있음을 고려해볼 때, 시니어 세대를 위한공간계획과 주거생활의 대안 논의가 한국 정서에 맞게 정리될 필요가 있다. 이에본 연구는 이와 같은 상황을 앞서 경험한 북유럽 국가의 성공 사례를 통하여 한국 코하우징 디자인 제안 연구를 하고자 한다. 한국에서 안정적으로 운영되고 있는 시니어 코하우징인 두레주택, 소행주, 한울타리 행복의 집 모델을 분석하였다. 시니어 세대를 연구의 대상으로 선정한 것은 한국 사회가 현재 북유럽 국가를비롯한 다수의 국가들이 겪고 있는 고령화 사회에 이미 진입하였기 때문이다. 고령화에 따른 사회·경제활동 및 다양한 문화생활에 제한적일 수밖에 없기에 대안을 마련하고자 노력을 기울인 것이 코하우징의 운영이라 할 수 있다. 또 한국은선진 유럽국가와 일본의 고령화 속도보다도 훨씬 빠르게 진행되고 있기 때문에이들의 모델을 충분히 분석하고 새로운 모델 제시를 필요로 한다. 시니어가 안전하고 사회활동 참여도 가능할 수 있는 제도적 차원의 접근이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The state is obliged to safeguard the lives of its citizens and to plan and continuously manage the social security system accordingly. Considering that the demand from Korean nuclear families to single-person households is rapidly increasing, discussions on spatial planning for senior generations and discussion of alternatives to residential life need to be organized according to Korean sentiment. Therefore, this study intends to study a Korean style co-housing design proposal through a successful case of a Nordic country that has experienced such a situation earlier. To this end, We Analyzed the House Model of Durre-House, Sohaengju, and Hanultari, which are senior Co-Housings currently operating in Korea. In the case of Co-Housing, the Senior generation was selected for Research because Korean society had already entered an aging society that many countries, including the Nordic countries, are currently experiencing. Since it must be restricted to social and economic activities and diverse cultural lives associated with aging, it can be said that Co-housing's management has made efforts to establish alternatives. South Korea is also aging much faster than the advanced European nations and Japan, so these models need to be thoroughly analyzed and presented with new ones. An institutional dimension approach will have to be taken that allows seniors to be safe and participate in social activities.
