내용지식 워크숍을 통한 엘리트 지도자의 전문내용지식 (Specialized Content Knowledge, SCK) 변화

국문 초록

목적 Ward(2009)는 학생들을 가르치는 지도자, 코치, 교사들의 내용지식을 강조하며 학생수행과 상관관계를 밝혀냈다. 이 연구는 세계체조연맹 매뉴얼을 바탕으로 리듬체조 내용지식 워크숍을 진행하여 리듬체조 지도자들의 SCK변화, 선수들의 수행변화를 조사하였다. 연구목적에 따라 연구문제는 첫째, 리듬체조 SCK 워크숍 후 지도자의 SCK와 선수수행이 어떠한 변화가 있는지 둘째, 지도자 SCK와 선수수행은 어떠한 관계가 있는지 조사하였다. 방법 이 연구는 대한체조협회에 등록되어 있는 지도자(n=14), 선수(n=14)명이 참가하였다. 지도자 SCK 측정을 위해 내용지식지도(content map)를 사용하였으며 선수수행은 시합에서 사용하는 채점표를 사용하여 채점화 하였다. 자료분석은 Shapiro wilk test와 비모수통계 Mann whitney U검증 그리고 상관관계 분석을 위해 SPSS 통계프로그램 ANOVA를 사용하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 워크숍에 참여한 지도자의 SCK가 참여하지 않은 지도자보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 워크숍에 참여한 지도자들의 SCK와 선수수행은 워크숍 사전사후 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도자 SCK와 선수수행은 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비 현직 코치를 교육하는 워크숍 세미나 등이 실제 선수수행향상에 효과적인지에 대한 지표를 제공할 수 있게 하였다. 결론 스포츠 현장에서 선수들의 수행성과를 위해 전문내용지식은 지도자들에게 필요한 내용지식의 핵심이다. 따라서 전문내용지식에 기반을 둔 예비지도자, 현직지도자를 위한 교육 및 워크숍이 활발히 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives Ward (2009) emphasized the content knowledge of leaders, coaches, and teachers who teach students and revealed the correlation with student performance. Purpose of this study is to investigate the changes in SCK and performance of rhythmic gymnastics leaders based on the World Gymnastics Federation manual. Methods Participants were tennis coaches(n=14), athletes(n=28). The SCK data were content map(instructional tasks)(Ward, et al., 2017). The content map was used to measure the coach SCK, and the athletes performance as scored by the judges. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro Wilk test, nonparametric statistics Mann Whitney U verification, and the SPSS statistical program ANOVA were used for correlation analysis. Results The results of this study showed that (1) coaches who participated in the workshop had high SCK. (2) was a difference between the SCK and the performance of athletes of the coaches who participated in the workshop before and after the workshop. (3) was a relationship between coaches SCK and athletes performance. Conclusions Specialized content knowledge is the core of content knowledge necessary for coaches for the performance of athletes in the sports field. Therefore, education and workshops for preliminary and incumbent leaders based on expertise should be actively conducted.
