액션러닝 기법을 적용한 교사학습공동체 경험에서 본 어린이집 부모면담과정 탐색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 영유아교육기관의 교사들을 대상으로 자발적인 학습공동체 형성을 통해 부모면담 어려움에 직면한 교사들의 문제 상황을 공감하고 액션러닝 기법을 활용한 교사학습공동체 경험을 통해 실천적 지식과 부모면담 역량 향상과 의미를 심층적으로 탐구해보고자 한다. 방법 교사 8명을 대상으로 이들을 소그룹 학습공동체를 통해 액션러닝 기법을 적용한 부모면담과정에 참여하였다. 특히 액션러닝을 실행 및 현장적용에서는 토론연극을 활용 한 부모면담기술을 향상의 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램의 교수-학습과정은 문제상황극 감상, 문제 해결을 위한 정보 공유, 문제 해결을 위한 토론, 해결 방안 적용의 4단계로 구성되었다. 연구기간 5개월 동안 형식적, 비형식적 심층면담을 통해 학습공동체에 참여한 부모면담과정의 경험을 분석하였다. 결과 액션러닝에 참여한 교사들은 교육진행하면서 교사 스스로 계획한 새로운 부모면담과정을 적용함으로서 주도성과 전문성 신장을 경험하였다. 또한 교사들 간의 서로 친밀감이 형성되고 정서적 지지를 공유하였다. 결론 교사들 간의 해결방안을 공유 및 해결과정을 현장에 적용하는데 적극적인 실천의 의지가 나타났다. 이런 교사들 간의 노하우 공유를 통한 현장적용의 실천은 교사들 간의 능력과 전문성 신장에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to in-depth exploration of practical knowledge and improvement of parent interview competency and meaning through the experience of small-group learning community using action learning techniques. Methods This researcher who served as their coach made a qualitative analysis of the data that were gathered by observation and in-depth interviews and included photographs and recording materials. Executing the action learning is to develop a program for improving teachers by using forum theatre. the teaching-learning stage in the program consisted of four stages: appreciating problematic theatre of situations, sharing information for solving problems, discussing for solving problems and applying plan to solve them. Results The teachers had an opportunity to learn with their colleagues as the members of a small-group, action learning-based professional learning community. And they were able to bond with one another and share emotional support. Conclusions Consequentially, the teachers acquired knowhow while they dealt with the given feasible themes that were related to their problems. And they put it in practice actively to tide over their difficulties together, and their active practice of the knowhow had a positive impact on the enhancement of their teacher efficacy and professionalism.
