간호대학생의 감염병 발생 시나리오 기반 도상훈련을 통한 임상시뮬레이션 실습 경험

국문 초록

목적 감염병 도상훈련을 위해 제작된 키트를 통해 모의 훈련을 운영하고, 참여한 간호 학생의 경험을 주제분석을 통해 분석 하고자 한다. 방법 임상시뮬레이션 과목을 수강한 3학년 간호학생 중 감염병 모의도상 훈련에 참여하고 연구참여 동의서와 디브리핑 일지를 작성한 21명의 디브리핑 일지와 면접내용을 주제분석을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 학생들의 시뮬레이션 경험은 3가지 영역, 9개 표제와 49개 주제가 도출되었다. 시뮬레이션 교육을 통해 의료진의 업무이해, 대처행동의 중요성 인식 등을 인식하였고 상황대처로는 정확한 시나리오 수행, 수행의 미숙함, 학습과 소통이 확인되었다. 학습결과로는 감염관리 절차와 예방 관리, 의료진간의 의사소통의 중요성과 이동 동선 관리 이해로 표현하였다. 결론 감염병 도상훈련 시뮬레이션 실습은 학생들의 감염복 착탈의에 대한 체화, 의료진 업무 파악과 의사소통 방식에 실질적인 기여를 하는 것이 확인됨으로써 추후 간호대학생의 감염과 재난대비역량에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 양적연구, 팬데믹 상황의 의료재난 대비를 위한 병원간호사 대응훈련 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발시 의료진, 교수, 간호학생과 프로그램 개발자간 긴밀한 의사소통과 협력을 통해 보다 현장감과 학습자 중심의 개발이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to grasp the experiences of college students who participated in the simulation practice of virtual map training for infectious diseases. Map training was developed to foster coping skill for disaster management. Methods We were analyzed through thematic analysis with debriefing diaries and interview contents of 21 nursing students who participated in this simulation practice. This practice were consisted of the map training for infection management and dress on or take off of personal protective clothing. Results Students simulation experiences were derived from 3 domains, 9 topics and 49 themes. The perception of situations were revealed with the understanding of medical staff’s work, significance of coping behaviors, and vivid training. Their coping of situations were confirmed with accurate scenario execution, immature practices, learning and communication. Their learning outcomes were an understanding of infection control procedures and preventive management, the importance of communication between medical staffs and the management of mobility. Conclusions This study had contributed substantially to master of infectious clothing’s management and to understand the work of medical staffs and to communicate. Further researches are required to confirm factors affecting infection and disaster preparedness capacity of nursing college students, to develop hospital nurse response map training and learner-centered simulation programs for medical disasters of the pandemic.
