대학의 비교과 마일리지 제도에 대한 학습자 인식 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학의 비교과 마일리지 제도에 대한 학습자 인식을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 비교과 마일리지 제도에 대한 학습자 의견을 구체적으로 파악하여 제도에 대한 검토 및 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. 방법 본 연구는 k대학교 학습자를 대상으로 2020년 8월 20일부터 8월23일까지 모바일과 온라인을 통해 설문자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS를 활용하였고, 기술통계, 빈도분석 등을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 연구대상의 46.88%가 비교과 마일리지 제도의 운영방식에 만족하였다. 둘째, 연구대상의 46.75%가 비교과 마일리지 제도가 ‘학습 또는 진로준비에 도움이 된다’고 하였다. 셋째, 연구대상의 51.13%가 ‘비교과 마일리지 제도에 전반적으로 만족한다’고 응답하였다. 넷째, 비교과 마일리지 제도에 참여하지 않는 이유로는 ‘비교과 마일리지 제도에 관해 잘 몰라서가’ 가장 높은 응답을 나타냈다. 다섯째, 비교과 마일리지 분야중 가장 참여해 보고 싶은 분야는 ‘진로 및 취업’ 분야로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 비교과 마일리지 제도에 대한 학습자의 인식을 살펴보고 제도에 대한 검토 및 개선을 위한 노력을 기울였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of learners about the comparison of universities and the mileage system. The purpose of this study is to provide a review and improvement direction for the system by identifying learners opinions on the extra curricular mileage system in detail. Methods This study collected questionnaire data through mobile and online from August 20 to August 23, 2020 targeting k-university learners. For data analysis, SPSS was used, and descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were performed. Results First, 46.88% of the subjects were satisfied with the comparison and the operation method of the mileage system. Second, 46.75% of the subjects said that the comparison and mileage system were helpful in learning or career preparation. Third, 51.13% of the subjects answered that they were generally satisfied with the comparison and mileage system. Fourth, the reason for not participating in the comparison and mileage system was ‘because I did not know well about the comparison and mileage system’, the highest response was found. Fifth, among the fields of comparison and mileage, the field that I would like to participate in was the field of ‘career and employment’. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it examines learners perceptions of comparison and mileage system, and made efforts to review and improve the system.
