국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 국내대학 인성교육 교과프로그램과 비교과프로그램의 운영 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 문학과 영화를 통해 팬데믹시대에 활용할 수 있는 새로운 수업모델을 개발하기 위해서이다. 본 연구는 이 수업모델을 수업에서 실제 적용하고, 인성교육을 활성화하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 국내의 인성교육의 현황을 파악하고, 우수한 인성교육 교과⋅비교과프로그램을 운영하는 7개 주요대학을 선정하고 분석하였다. 교과프로그램은 경희대, 계명대, 비교교프로그램은 성균관대, 서울여대, 서강대, 대구가톨릭대, 한동대를 각기 선정하였다. 연구를 위해 선행연구를 살펴보았다. 그리고 학회, 홈페이지 자료 등을 통해 정보를 수집하고 분석하였다. 결과 국내 인성교육의 현황을 분석한 결과, 문학작품을 어려워하는 학생들을 위해 문학작품을 영상화한 것을 적절하게 활용하여 학습자의 흥미를 유발하는 수업모델의 필요성이 제기되었다. 따라서 인성교육진흥법의 인성 덕목 중에서 ‘책임, 존중, 배려, 소통, 협동’을 토대로 대학생에게 필요한 인성교육 항목을 ‘치유와 자존감 회복, 책임과 정의, 존중과 배려, 소통과 협동, 공익에 부합하는 경제활동’으로 설정한 수업모델을 개발하였다. 그리고 실제 수업에 적용해보았다. 결론 학생들은 문학과 영화를 활용한 새로운 수업모델을 통해 나와 타인, 나와 타인의 관계에 대해 이해하고 실생활에서 실천할 수 있었다. 문학과 영화를 활용한 수업모델을 통해 팬데믹시대에도 종합적 영역에서 인성을 함양할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, the current status of the character education curriculum programs and non-curriculum programs in domestic universities was analyzed. This is to develop a new teaching model that can be used in the pandemic era through literature and movies. The purpose of this study is to apply this instructional model in practice and to activate character education. Methods The current status of personality education in Korea was identified, and seven major universities operating excellent personality education programs were selected and analyzed. Kyunghee University and Keimyung University were selected for the curriculum program, and Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul Women s University, Sogang University, Daegu Catholic University, and Handong University were selected for non-curriculum programs. For research, I looked at previous studies. In addition, information was collected and analyzed through data from conferences and websites. Results As a result of analyzing the current status of personality education in Korea, the necessity of a teaching model that induces the interest of learners was raised by appropriately utilizing the images of literary works for students having difficulty with literary works. Therefore, among the personality virtues of the Personality Education Promotion Act, based on ‘responsibility, respect, consideration, communication, and cooperation’, the character education items necessary for college students are healing and recovering self-esteem, responsibility and justice, respect and consideration, communication and cooperation, and economic activities for the public interest. A teaching model set as ‘Economic activity’ was developed. And I applied it to the actual class. Conclusions Students were able to understand the relationship between me and others, and me and others through a new learner-centered teaching model and practice them in real life. In the pandemic era, humanity could be cultivated in a comprehensive area by using a teaching model using literature and movies.
