간호대학생의 우울, 대인관계 유능성이 자기인식에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 우울, 대인관계 유능성이 자기인식에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 방법 이를 위하여 경기도 소재 A대학교 간호대학생 171명을 대상으로 2019년 10월 19일부터 11월 20일까지 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램으로 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 자기인식은 우울과는 부적 상관관계, 대인관계 유능성과는 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 우울과 대인관계 유능성은 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 자기인식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 대인관계 유능성, 우울, 전공만족도로 나타났으며 이들 변수의 설명력은 총 29.3%였다 결론 간호대학생의 자기인식을 증진시키기 위해서는 대인관계를 향상시킬 수 있는 교과 및 비교과 프로그램을 운영하는 것이 필요하며 간호대학생의 우울을 예방하기 위한 다양한 프로그램의 운영과 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study was done to identify the influence of depression, interpersonal competence on self-awareness in nursing students. Methods A cross-sectional survey design was used. Participants in the survey for this study were 171 nursing students who experienced clinical practice in Gyung-gi province. Data were collected from October 19 to November 20, 2019 using self-report structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and Stepwise regression with SPSS program. Results Interpersonal competence, depression and major satisfaction were identified as factors influencing self-awareness. These variables explained 29.3% of self-awareness. Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen interpersonal competence and to develop a systematic and effective program focused on depression prevention and major satisfaction for nursing students in order to promote nursing students’ self-awareness.
