COVID19 상황을 통해 본 역사과 온라인 학습 체제의 난점과 다중형 교육과정 운영의 필요성

국문 초록

본 논문은 COVID19의 유행 중 학교현장에 역사 교과의 온라인 학습 진행 과정에서 나타난 문제점을 교육과정의 입장에서 해결해 보고자 한 것이다. 현재 온라인 학습 체제가 COVID19 유행 속에서 안정적인 학교 교육을 진행하는데 있어 많은 기여를 한 것은 분명하지만, 이와 더불어 학생들의 학습 의욕 고취와 학습 결과의 측면에서는 아직 해결해야 할 문제점도 다수 발견되고 있다. 따라서 이런 문제의 근본적인 해결을 위해서는 교육과정의 다양화를 통해 수요자 중심의 체제로 전환하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다. 즉 필자는 기존의 교육과정 운영을 바탕교육과정으로 설정ㆍ운영하는 것과 동시에 다중형 교육과정이라는 보완적 측면의 교육과정 운영으로 문제를 해결해 보자는 제안을 한 것이다. 물론 이런 교육과정의 운영은 학생들의 선택권의 보장뿐만이 아니라, 현재의 COVID19 유행과 같은 급작스러운 상황에서도 학생들의 학습 의욕과 만족도를 증진시키는 방안이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 다중형 교육과정의 취지와 이론적 근거, 그리고 교육과정 구성의 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to solve the problems that emerged in the course of online learning of history subjects at school sites during the trend of COVID19 from the perspective of the curriculum. It is clear that the current online learning system has contributed a lot to stable school education in the COVID19 fad, but in addition, there are still many problems to be solved in terms of students motivation for learning and learning results. Therefore, it was suggested that the fundamental solution of this problem would be necessary to switch to a consumer-centered system through the diversification of curricula. In other words, I proposed to set up and operate the existing curriculum as a basic curriculum and solve the problem by operating the curriculum in a complementary aspect of a multi-type curriculum. Of course, the operation of such courses is not only a guarantee of students options, but also a way to enhance students willingness to learn and satisfaction in sudden situations such as the current COVID19 trend. Therefore, the purpose and theoretical basis of the multi-type curriculum and the method of curriculum composition were presented in this paper.
