유아교사 양성교육에서의 TBL기반 협력적 수업모형 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 협업역량 향상을 위한 예비유아교사 양성교육에서의 TBL기반 협력적 수업모형을 개발하는데 있다. 2017년 5월부터 2018년 12월까지 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌분석을 실시하고, 문헌분석을 통해 도출된 구성요소를 기반으로 1차 모형을 개발하였다. 이후 전문가 검토와 사용성 평가를 통해 내적 타당화 과정을 거친 후 최종 모형을 완성하였으며, 이에 대한 전문가 검토를 거쳤다. 개발된 모형은 사전 계획, TBL 활동, 평가 및 환류 단계로 구성된다. 사전 계획 단계에서는 교과내용 분석 및 학습목표 수립, 교수학습 환경 및 학습자 특성 분석, 학습자료 및 점수 체계 개발이 이루어진다. TBL 활동 단계에서는 수업 안내, 팀 구성, 팀 빌딩, 팀 활동, 피드백, 평가, 성찰, 공유가 이루어진다. 평가 및 환류 단계에서는 TBL 활동 방법 수정 및 보완이 이루어진다. 개발된 모형은 예비유아교사들의 협업역량 향상을 도모하는 교사교육자와 효과적·효율적으로 팀 기반 학습을 적용하고자 하는 교수자 및 교육지원기관에 팀 기반 학습의 실행에 관한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a TBL-based cooperative teaching model in the training of pre-school teachers to improve cooperative capacity. In order to achieve the research objectives, literature analysis was conducted, and a first-order model was developed based on the elements derived through the literature analysis. After that, after going through an internal validation process through expert review and usability evaluation, the final model was completed, and expert review was conducted. The developed model consists of pre-planning, TBL activities, evaluation and feedback stages. In the pre-planning stage, subject content analysis and learning objectives are established, teaching and learning environments and learner characteristics are analyzed, and learning materials and scoring systems are developed. In the TBL activity stage, class guidance, team formation, team building, team activities, feedback, evaluation, reflection, and sharing are conducted. In the evaluation and reflux phase, the TBL activity method is modified and supplemented. The developed model is expected to be able to provide information on the implementation of team-based learning to instructors and educational support institutions who want to effectively and efficiently apply team-based learning.
