국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 학습동기, 자기주도적 학습능력 및 비판적 사고성향간 관계를 확인하고, 학생들의 학습전략 향상 프로그램 및 교수법 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 간호대학생 129명으로 자료수집은 2020년 3월 2일~ 3월 27일까지 시행하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, t-test, ANOVA 및 Pearson Correlation Coefficient으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 학습동기는 비판적 사고성향과 양적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.179, p=.042). 결론적으로 학습동기는 학습활동의 가치와 의미를 제공하는 매개 요인임과 동시에 상황을 정확하게 판단하고, 논리적으로 추론할 수 있는 비판적 사고성향 증진에 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 교수자는 학생들과 적극적인 상호작용을 통해 학생들의 내·외적인 동기를 유발시켜 긍정적 자기효능감을 증진시키며, 비판적 사고성향을 향상시키기 위한 교수법 개발 및 활용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the learning motivation, self-directed learning ability and critical thinking diposition of nursing students, and to use it as basic data for the development of the students learning strategy improvement program and teaching method. The study sample was composed of 129 second-year students of nursing department. Data were collected from March 2 to March 27, 2020 using a structured questionnaire. The data analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 program to using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation. According to the results of the study, learning motivation , self-directed learning ability, and critical thinking diposition according to general characteristics are as follows. As a result of the study, a significant positive correlation between learning motivation and critical thinking diposition(r=.179, p=.042). In conclusion, the learning motivation is a mediated factor that provides the value and meaning of learning activities, and at the same time makes the situation judge accurately. It can also be seen that it is an important factor in promoting critical thinking that can be logically deduced. Therefore, in order to increase the learning motivation of nursing students, a method of teaching is required to inspire the motivation of learning activities with external motivation as well as to create positive self-efficacy through internal motivation.
