취약계층 재가 여성노인의 건강관련 삶의 질과 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 취약계층 재가 여성 노인의 건강차원에 따른 건강관련 삶의 질을 파악하고, 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 건강차원 변수를 규명하는 것이다. 2012년 S시 4개 자치구의 방문건강관리사업 등록 대상자의 65세 이상 여성 노인 중 3,598명의 자료를 이용하여, 연령과 건강차원 변수들에 따른 건강관련 삶의 질의 평균차이 검증과 사후검증을 수행하였고, 건강관련 삶의 질을 설명하는 변수를 규명하기 위하여 다중 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 취약계층 재가 여성 노인의 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 건강차원 변수들에는 요실금(p<.05), 우울(p<.001), 복합적 이동능력(p<.001), 시력 불편감(p<.001), 청력 불편감(p<.001), 치아 개수(p<.001), 주관적 건강(p<.05)이 유의하게 나타났다. 취약계층 재가 여성노인의 건강관련 삶의 질은 우울(p<.001), 복합적 이동능력(p<.001), 치아개수(p<.001), 시력 불편감(p<.05)이 설명하고 있었으며, 이들 변수들의 설명력은 19.8%였다. 향후 보건관리자는 지역사회에 거주하는 취약계층 여성 노인의 건강관련 삶의 질 향상을 위하여 우울 예방, 하체단련, 시력 및 구강건강 관련 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between dimensions of health among vulnerable female elderly in home and their health-related quality of life and to identify health related factors affected health-related. The data were collected from 3,598 participants as part of a health-related survey of 4 autonomous districts in Seoul by home visiting. The results showed that as having urinary incontinence (p<.05), depression (p<.001), abnormal timed up & go (p<.001), having discomfort of vision (p<.001), having discomfort of hearing (p<.001), lower number of teeth (p<.001), lower self-rated health (p<.05) the elderly had lower health-related QOL than the counterparts. Factors affecting health-related quality of life were depression (p<.001), timed up & go (p<.001), number of teeth (p<.001), discomfort of vision (p<.05) and factors accounted for 19.8% of variance in health related quality. It is needed to develop and evaluate of preventing of depression, training of lower body, eyesight and oral health management for improving quality of life among vulnerable female elderly in home.
