수련 상담사의 윤리강령 중요도 인식연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 수련 상담사들의 상담윤리에 대한 중요도 인식 유형을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 상담윤리에 관한 Q 진술문을 선정하기 위하여 문헌연구와 상담관련 학회들의 윤리강령을 고찰하여, 총 32개의 진술문을 도출하였다. Q 분류는 2018년 11월 27일부터 12월 11일까지 총 2주간에 걸쳐 실시하였으며, P 표본으로 선정된 27명의 수련 상담사들이 중요하다고 인식하는 상담윤리 항목들의 유형과 특성을 분석하였다. PC QUANL 프로그램을 활용하여 주성분 요인분석을 실시한 결과 네 가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 제1유형은 ‘전문적 책임감 중시형’으로 상담사의 전문적인 태도를 중요하게 여기고, 전문성 발달을 위한 노력을 중요한 상담윤리로 인식하였다. 제2유형은 ‘상담사-내담자 관계 중시형’으로 상담관계에서 지켜야 하는 상담사의 행동강령을 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 제3유형은 ‘상담정보 관리 중시형’으로 상담에서 다루어지는 모든 정보를 중요하게 관리하고 보호해야 한다는 상담사의 태도를 윤리적으로 중요하다고 보았다. 마지막으로 제4유형은 ‘내담자 권리존중 중시형’으로 내담자의 권익이 중요하다고 인식하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 수련 상담사들을 위한 윤리교육의 방향을 논의하고, 후속 연구를 위한 제언과 연구의 제한점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the types of importance awareness among trainee counselors about counseling ethics. This study used the Q Methodology to explore the types and characteristics of important recognition on training counselors code of ethics. In order to select Q statements on counseling ethics, a total of 32 statements were drawn from the literature review and the ethical codes of counseling associations. Q Methodology was carried out over a total of two weeks from November 27 to December 11, 2018, 27 training counselors selected as a P sample was analyzed the type and characteristics of the consultation ethics items recognized to be important. Type 1 was ‘Professional responsibility oriented’, type 2 was ‘Counselor-client relationship oriented’, type 3 was ‘Counseling information management oriented’, and type 4 was ‘Respect for client s rights oriented’. Based on the results of this research, the importance of the systematization of ethics education for trainee counselors and the limitations of suggestions and research for follow-up research were discussed.
