국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 취업스트레스, 인지적 유연성, 사회적 지지, 우울 및 자살사고 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보고, 직·간접효과를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 소재의 사립 D 대학교, K 대학교 남·여학생 520명을 대상으로 하여 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종 483명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 22.0과 AMOS Ver. 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 및 논의를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 취업스트레스는 인지적 유연성, 사회적 지지, 우울감소에 직접효과가 있고, 자살사고에는 직접 효과가 없다. 둘째, 인지적 유연성, 사회적 지지는 우울감소에 직접효과가 있으나, 자살사고에는 직접효과가 없다. 또한 우울은 자살사고에 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 취업스트레스는 인지적 유연성, 사회적 지지, 우울을 매개로 자살사고에 간접효과가 있다. 넷째, 인지적 유연성, 사회적 지지는 우울을 매개로 자살사고에 간접효과가 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 취업스트레스, 인지적 유연성, 사회적 지지, 우울이 자살사고에 미치는 직접효과와 대학생 취업스트레스, 인지적 유연성, 사회적 지지가, 우울을 매개변인으로 해서 자살사고에 미치는 간접효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 대학생의 취업스트레스가 자살사고로 이어지는 완화역할을 위해서 각 대학의 상담 및 취업관련 기관들이 개인의 심리·정서 지원과 취업·진로를 고려한 전문적이고 구체적 프로그램을 구성할 필요가 있다는 것을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship, direct affect and indirect affect of job-seeking stress, cognitive flexibility, social support, depression and suicidal ideation of University Students. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 520 students selected from 2 university located in Busan and finally 483 data were used for analyzed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Ver. 22.0 and AMOS Ver. 22.0 program. Model fit indices have been estimated to examine the model identification using maximum likelihood estimation, and the structural relationship has been analyzed using the structural regression analysis. Conclusions from the results and discussion are as follow: First, job-seeking stress of university students has an direct effect on cognitive flexibility, social support, depression, but has no direct effect on suicidal ideation. Second, cognitive flexibility and social support have direct effects on depression, but they have no direct effect on suicidal ideation. Third, job-seeking stress of university students has an indirect effect on suicidal ideation through cognitive flexibility, social support, and depression. Fourth, cognitive flexibility and social support have an indirect effect on suicidal ideation through depression. In addition, cognitive flexibility and social support have no direct effect on suicidal ideation, but it is a major predictor and a protective factor for depression and suicidal ideation. In order to serve as a buffer for university students job-seeking stress, suicidal ideation, it is meaningful that employments and counseling centers in each university should establish professional and specific programs considering psychological and emotional support, job-seeking and career paths.
