대학생 학사경고자의 학업부진 유형별 학습지원 요구분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 학사경고를 받은 대학생을 대상으로 학습부진 유형을 파악하고, 각 유형별로 학습 지원에 대한 인식과 요구도를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 2019년 8월, 2019년 1학기에 학사경고를 받은 대학생을 대상으로 학습부진과 학습지원에 관 한 설문을 진행하였고, 179명의 학사경고생 자료를 바탕으로 군집분석과 일원변량분석, 요구도 분석을 하였다. 첫째 군집분석 결과, 3개의 군집, 군집 1 ‘일 병행 형’,군집 2 ‘학사제도 및 학습지원 미인지형’, 군집 3 ‘무기력 형’을 확인하였다. 군집 별로 성별, 학년 분포에서 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 학사경고와 관련이 큰 요인으로 ‘학사제도 및 학습지원 인지’, ‘학습역량’ ‘자기효능감’ ‘학과 전공 만족도’를 확인하였다. 셋 째, 학사경고 군집별로 학습지원에 대한 인식에서 차이가 있었으며, 요구 하는 학습지원도 다른 것으로 나타났다. 각 유형별 특성과 학습지원의 연관성을 파악하여 필요한 지원 전략을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 학사경고 대학생에게 학습지원 제공시 대상의 특성을 파악하여 차별화된 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the cluster types of academic probation and to examine a difference in perception and needs of learning support for each type. A total of 179 academic probation studenrs participated in the survey. First, as a result of cluster analysis, three clusters, cluster 1 identified as working parallel type , cluster 2, low awareness of the academic system and learning support programs’, and cluster 3, helpless type . There were differences in gender and grade distribution by cluster type. Second, Academic System and Learning Support Guide , Learning Capability , Self-efficacy and Department / major Satisfaction are highly related to academic probation. Third, there was a difference in the recognition and needs of learning support by the cluster type,. By identifying the relationship between the characteristics of each cluster type and learning support, proposed the support strategy. These result imply that differential learning support and interventions are required to academic probation students.
