교사의 자기장학을 통한 만3세 부적응 유아의 유치원 적응행동 변화 탐구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사가 만3세 부적응 유아의 유치원 적응을 효과적으로 지원하는 자기장학 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 연구자가 담당한 만3세 부적응유아를 대상으로 5개월 동안 자기장학 모형을 적용하여 교사, 부모, 또래 지원에 의 한 부적응 유아의 적응 행동 변화 과정을 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 만3세 부적응유아는 교사의 분리불안 극복, 자조기술 습득 지원을 통해 부적응 행동이 변화하였다. 둘째, 교사와 양육자와의 면담을 통해 양육 행동을 변화시킴으로써 양육자는 유 아의 바른 습관 형성 지원, 유아의 발전 가능성에 대한 긍정적 인식으로의 전환, 유아의 발달 지원을 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 교사의 또래관계 지원을 통해 만3세 부적응유아는 또래와 갈등 해결하기, 또래와 긍정적 관계 맺기가 가능해져 또래 관계가 개 선되었다. 본 연구는 만3세 부적응 유아의 적응을 지원하기 위한 교사, 부모, 또래의 지원과 관련된 자기장학을 실시함으로써 만3세 부적응 유아의 유아교육기관 적응력증진을 돕는 효과적인 방법을 모색했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest a method of self-supervision by childhood teacher that can effectively support maladjusted children of 3-year old in kindergarten. For this study, a model of self-supervision was applied to maladjusted children of 3-year old through teachers, parents, and peer support for 5 months. First, the results showed the change in maladjusted behavior in children through overcoming separation anxiety and supports for gaining self-help skill from teachers. Second, counseling for caregivers by teachers changed parenting behavior thereby making them to support children to form good habits and to have positive perceptions of their children’s developmental possibility, which consequently enabled to support their children’sdevelopment. Lastly, peer support by teachers improved peer-relationship by solving conflicts between maladjusted children and their peers and by enabling to form positive relationships. This study performed self- supervision encompassing teachers, caregivers, and peers and provided the effective method to support adjustment for maladjusted children of 3-year old in kindergarten.
