고교학점제 성공적 실행 및 정착에 대한 선결조건, 외적환경 및 운영방법의 영향력 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 종속변수인 ‘고교학점제의 성공적인 실행 및 정착’을 위해서 선행되어야 할 독립변수인 고교학점제 시행을 위한 ‘선결조건’, ‘외적환경개선’ 및 ‘운영방식’에 대한 인문계고등학교 교원들의 인식조사 및 독립변수와 종속변수와의 인과관계를 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 고교학점제 성공적 실행 및 정착 변인에 가장큰 영향을 미치는 것은 고교내신 절대평가, 교사별 학생 평가, 대입 수능 영향력 축소 등이며, 두 번째로 영향을 미치는 것은 일선 교사들의 참여 의지, 학교장의 지도성, 학생들의 고교학점제에 대한 인식 제고이며, 세 번째로 영향을 미치는 것은 교과목 영역별 다양한 수준 과목 개설, 재이수(F)와 유급제도 도입 등이며, 네 번째로 영향을 미치는 것은 추가적인 교실 수 확보 등의 학교 공간 개선, 타 학교와 교육과정 연계 및 다양한 교육기관과의 협력이 필요하며, 온라인 기반 수업 환경 및 교과교실제 수업 환경이 조성되어야 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 다섯 번째로 영향을 미치는 것은 교사별 평가를 대학입시에 어떻게 반영할 것인지를 사전에 결정하여야 하고, 과목이수요건, 학년 진급요건, 졸업요건 확정이 반드시 선행되어야 하며, 단위학교에서 가장 업무가 집중될 부분이 학생 수강 신청 관련 업무가 될 것으로 예상되므로 많은 학생들에 대한 수강신청 상담, 수강신청 접수, 과목조정을 위한 학생 및 학부모와의 상담, 강사 배치, 추가 강의 개설 여부 결정 등의 예기치 않은 많은 업무가 발생할 수 있음으로 이에 대한 준비를 철저히 해야 할 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Prerequisites, external environment and operational modes should be concerned in advance before executing High School Credit System. This study analyzed the public high school teachers perceptions of High School Credit System and the causal relation between independent variables(prerequisite, improvement of external environment, and the manner of operation) and dependent variable(successful implementation and settlement of High School Credit System). The results are as follows in order of significance. (1) The most influential variables in order for successfully implementing and settling High School Credit System include absolute evaluation of high school, teacher s evaluation of student, and the declining importance of college scholastic ability test. (2) The second most influential variables are teachers willingness to adopt High School Credit System, leadership of the principal, and students’ perceptions of High School Credit System. (3) The third influential variables include offering a broad set of courses across a variety of subjects and levels, introduction of course repetition system(F grade policy). (4) The fourth most influential variables are enhancement of physical structure of school, cooperating with another school or educational institution, and creating online learning environment and classrooms of subjects. (5) Lastly, the strategies to reflect teachers’ evaluation on the college admission process, specify requirements for subjects, grade promotion, and graduation, and manage course registering system should be developed before implementing High School Credit System.
