유아교사의 경력에 따른 강점과 행복플로리시와의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 강점과 행복플로리시가 경력에 따라 차이가 나타나는지를 확인해 보고 유아교사의 경력에 따른 강점이 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향력을 알아 봄으로써 생애주기별 유아교사 행복 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 2018년 5월 둘째 주부터 넷째 주까지 P광역시와 G지역에 근무하는 유아교사 240명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS 23.0프로그램을 활용하여 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 경력과 행복플로리시의 수준으로 군집분석을 실시한 결과 갱신기저행복, 성숙기고행복, 갱신기고행복의 세 교사집단 유형으로 나뉘었으며, 경력은 3.7년 수준에서 구분되었 다. 둘째, 유아교사의 경력 및 행복플로리시에 따라 구성된 군집에서 각 유형에 따라 강점에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 경력 별로 행복플로리시에 영향을 미치는 강점은 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 유아교사의 경력에 따른 강점과 행복플로리시와의 관계를 밝힘으로써 유아교사의 행복 증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 구축하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to develop a life-cycle early childhood teachers’ happiness program by examining whether the strengths and flourishing of early childhood teachers differ by their careers, and by examining the influence of strengths on flourishing by the careers of early childhood teachers. The subjects in this study were 240 early childhood teachers in P and G cities. A survey was conducted from the second week to the fourth week of May 2018 and then the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results were as follows: First, the cluster analysis at the level of career and flourishing was divided into three types of teachers groups: renewal-low flourishing, maturity-high flourishing, and renewal-high flourishing. And their careers were divided at the level of 3.7 years. Second, the types of groups according to early childhood teacher s career and flourishing showed differences in strengths. Third, there were differences in the strengths that affect flourishing according to the career of early childhood teachers. In this study, it is meaningful is to establish basic data for the development of happiness promotion program for early childhood teachers by examining the relationship between the strengths and flourishing of early childhood teachers depending on their careers.
