국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사를 대상으로 시행된 수업나눔을 통한 교사학습공동체 경험이 어떤 양상을 보이며, 어떤 의미를 주는지 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 K와 H유치원 유아교사 10명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구결과, 유아교사에게 수업나눔의 경험은 단순히 교사모임에 참여하는 것이 아니라, 수업영상이 하나의 관찰 대상으로서 수업나눔을 준비하고, 수업나눔의 장을 펼치며 수업영상을 보며 분석하고 평가하는 일련의 과정으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 시행한 수업나눔에 대한 각 개인의 경험 양상은 차이가 있었으나 대부분의 유아교사들은 수업나눔의 경험에 중요한 의미를 부여하였다. 한편 유아교사는 수업나눔에 대하여 수업에 대한 인식의 변화를 경험하게 되었으며, 유아교사로서 반성하는 기회가 되었고, 수업전문성 신장이라는 공동의 목표를 달성하기 위한 교사학습공동체로의 의미를 부여하고 있었다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과는 유아교사를 대상으로 이루어지는 수업나눔이 수업전문성 신장에 기폭제로서의 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사하며, 교사학습공동체의 중요성을 밝히는데 긍정적인 영향을 준 것임을 나타낸다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out aspects and meanings of kindergarten teachers’ experience in study community through class sharing. For this, ten kindergarten teachers working for K Kindergarten and H Kindergarten were surveyed. This study found that for kindergarten teachers, class sharing experience means preparing class sharing, performing class sharing and analyzing and evaluating a class watching video of a class beyond simply participating in teachers’ gathering. It was found that there was a difference in class sharing experience among kindergarten teachers surveyed but most kindergarten teachers give a special meaning to class sharing experience. Meanwhile, through class sharing experience, kindergarten teachers experienced a change in their awareness of a class, had an opportunity to reflect themselves as a kindergarten teacher and considered class sharing experience as teachers’ study community to achieve common goal of improving class expertise. Findings of this study imply that class sharing provided to kindergarten teachers can play a role as catalyst for improving class expertise and have a positive influence in clarifying the importance of teachers’ study community.
