국문 초록

이 연구는 학교 밖 청소년들의 진로에 대한 심리적 지원 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적 하에 학교 밖 청소년들의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 진로 불안에 미치는 영향에서 계획된 우연기술의 조절 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 2017년 12월부터 2018년 5월까지 설문을 실시하여 214명의 학교 밖 청소년을 대상으로 연구 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 Macro 프로그램을 통해 분석되었으며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로불안과 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 계획된 우연기술 간에는 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 진로 불안에 대한 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 계획된 우연기술의 영향력 또한 유의미한 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로 불안의 관계에서 계획된 우연 기술은 유의한 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 학교 밖 청소년들의 진로 불안을 경감할 수 있는 방안들에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of out-of-school adolescents’ intolerance of uncertainty, planned happenstance skills, and career anxiety. A sample of 214 out-of-school adolescents participated in this study. Data was analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and SPSS Macro. The results are as follows. First, intolerance of uncertainty positively predicted career anxiety while planned happenstance skills negatively did. Second, planned happenstance skills, especially curiosity and flexibility were found to moderate the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career anxiety. Based on this study, I hope that further investigations of reduction plans for out-of-school adolescents’ career anxiety are to be continued.
