국문 초록

본 연구는 그 어느 때보다 변화가 급변하는 시대에 우리의 상상을 넘어선 미래를 대비하기 위해 초등학생들의 역량 함양을 도와줄 수업혁신의 전략으로, ‘학교 밖’, ‘학교 안’, ‘개인’ 사례를 중심으로 초등학교에서의 디자인씽킹 기반 학습프로그램의 전개 모습을 살펴보며 그 가능성을 탐색하기 위해 실행되었다. 디자인씽킹 기반 학습프로그램을 A초 3학년과 B초 2, 3, 5학년 각 한 학급 전체학생을 대상으로 정규수업시간을 통해 적용하고 분석한 결과, 초등학교에서의 디자인씽킹 기반 학습프로그 램은 학생 주도적이며 참여적인 수업, 문제해결 능력 및 창의적 사고능력을 신장시켜줄 수 있는 수업, 협업을 필요로 하며 협업능력을 향상시켜줄 수 있는 수업을 가능하게 하는 수업혁신의 전략이 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상을 바탕으로 수업 혁신의 전략으로 디자인씽킹 기반 학습프로그램이 초등학교 수업에서 성공적으로 실천되기 위한 몇 가지 제안 점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to explore the possibility of a design-thinking-based learning program as a strategy for class innovation to help elementary students develop their skills to prepare for the rapidly changing future world. Three cases were analyzed for this research in personal , in-school and out-of-school contexts. Design Thinking-based learning program was applied in one class unit and applied to total 4 classes students(3rd grade students of elementary school A and 2nd, 3rd and 5th grade students of elementary school B) through regular class time. Data were collected and analyzed in accordance with the action research procedure and results were derived. As a result, it was confirmed that design thinking based learning program in elementary school could be a strategy of class innovation that enabled student-led and participatory learning that can enhance problem-solving ability and creative thinking ability, and collaborative learning for cooperation skill. Based on the analysis results, the study offered several suggestions for the successful implementation of design thinking based learning program in elementary school as a strategy of class innovation.
